Probably the most important aspect of full service catering is that we handle every aspect of your meal for you so you do not have to worry about anything. This includes everything from preparing the food and setting up the dining area before the meal. to serving and cleaning everything up after your event. In addition, we also handle rental of tables, chairs, tablecloths, providing own silverware, glassware, napkins, decor and anything else you may need to make your event a success.

After an initial phone or email consultation with one of our owners we will invite you to join us in our historic Altamont location for your personal meet and greet with Deborah. At this meeting we will get to know your vision and help you to translate it to the perfect menu options for you and your guest. After this meeting your personalized, unique, one-of-a-kind proposal will be drawn up and sent to you for review. This is just the starting point in your adventure and anything can be edited or changed to better suit your day.
