What a Great Season, our second year of expanding our gardens. We have been able to increase and sell some of our house made vinegars, salsa and spice blends. We also hooked up with a few new local companies to bring "farm to table" in every aspect of our cuisine . Elegant Touch has been using local farmers since we started, but with the array of great farmers markets the choices keep expanding. New York State offers some of the best in local cheeses, dairy, breads and meats. We are locally owned and operated and are proud to support local business and services and have been for over 28 years now. In the next few months we will be updating our Facebook Business Page and website to show you more of what the team at Elegant Touch is preparing for the 2012 season. We are excited to bring you new ideas in decor and food. Let the fun begin.

Elegant Touch Catering and Special Events is not your ordinary caterer. Chef owned and operated Elegant Touch takes pride in using only the freshest ingredients prepared in the most unique ways and presented in eye-popping design. We are not a "cookie-cutter" caterer, each menu item is hand prepared from hors d'oeurve, to entree, to family treasured homemade dessert recipe. Our talent, reputation and expertise has taken us to amazing places from Exclusive South Hampton Previews to Governor's offices here and out of state to historic one of a kind venues. Elegant Touch goes where the party is.
